The eyewear manufacturing process at Visoncraft follows a seven-stage workflow designed for accuracy, consistency, and repeatable output across frame and lens production. The process begins with incoming material verification covering frame components, lens substrates, coatings, and hardware, ensuring only approved materials enter production. Frame production covers forming, surface finishing, polishing, and hinge installation with dimensional accuracy monitored throughout. Lens processing includes tinting, coating, polarization (where applicable), edging, and shaping to match frame geometry.
In-process inspection is conducted at defined checkpoints covering dimensional consistency, surface condition, and coating uniformity. Assembly follows standardized procedures for lens mounting, frame alignment, and mechanical fitting. Final inspection verifies visual appearance, functional performance, alignment, and branding accuracy before products proceed to packaging. Packaging is prepared to confirmed specifications covering product protection, brand presentation, and batch identification.
The process is designed to support OEM and private label programs, sunglasses collections, optical eyewear programs, and repeat volume production. Contact us to discuss your manufacturing requirements or request a production quote.
