OEM and ODM eyewear manufacturing at Visoncraft covers four product categories — sun lenses, RX lenses, stock lenses, and frames — with end-to-end customization from lens parameters and coatings through to frame design, logo branding, and packaging production.
Sun lens OEM options include CR-39, polycarbonate, nylon, and glass materials, available in polarized and non-polarized configurations, solid tint, gradient, and mirror finishes, with base curves in 4, 6, and 8 and UV400 and AR coating combinations. RX lens OEM covers single vision, bifocal, progressive, photochromic, blue light filtering, and polarized RX formats across CR-39, mid-index, and high-index materials from 1.50 to 1.74. Frame OEM supports acetate, TR90, metal, and injection plastic constructions with customization across shape, size, color, surface finish, hinge, and temple design.
